Nicely strong. HEAD: Firm, solid two finger tall, brownie cake. GREY’S VIEW ”Blend of 24, 18, 12, and 8-month Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star in 7-12 year old Kentucky bourbon barrels.” Indeed. Yes. These Fremonts seems to suprize me one after another! This one has solid and broad base of malts. Chocolate malts to go with some dry rye malts. I pick also drye oakwood, some distant berries and so forth berry juicy being. Bourbon has absorbed to the being entirely, quite okay. Mouthfeel is semi hard, with tiny and mixed carbonation. Rough to say, but it’s on the hard side. Aftertaste is pure nevertheless. Giving pure and tiny feell of minerals, dark berry juice and some grains. OTHER NOTES: Mmmnids. Indeed. Barrels has soaked deep into the mix. I pick grains, multiple sort of malts, slowly growing Bourbon and spicys in the end. BOTTLED 10/2019 TASTED 11/2021
