I saved this beer for a really hot summer day. That day never came in Sweden. Aroma: Hay, clove. Quite floral. ”Cow shit” as my 8 year old daugther would describe it. Not far off. 😆 Taste: Clean, somewhat watery, citrus, hay, hints of clove and malt. Light overall.

Equally good as last year. Clean, crisp, citrusy, floral. Some malts and and a touch of belgian yeast. O/O makes some nice saisons!

Aroma: Wheat, hay, slightly hoppy, floral. Taste: Light, crisp, slightly citrusy and floral. Very clean and easy drinking, watery.
