Beer #2600! This is the first time I've reached a milestone in less than a month. Crazy! Maple syrup, bourbon, marshmallow, graham crackers and chocolate, not in that particular order, in the aroma. Taste has maple syrup, bourbon, and chocolate first. Following this, I'm getting graham crackers and a vanilla/marshmallow flavor. A little bit of cinnamon is present as well. So much going on, but so well balanced. This tastes like a s'more that's been drizzled in bourbon and maple syrup. The graham cracker lingers in the aftertaste. The body is thick and full, with a smooth mouth coating mouthfeel and an appropriately low amount of carbonation. I don't know if I can pick a to 10, or even a top 5 stouts, but this would definitely be in the discussion. Solid and overwhelming 5/5
