NYIPA sneakily became one of the GB crew's favorite IPA recipes almost by accident. Purchased from a local Monroe County hop grower and fellow UNYHA member, NYIPA is a full bodied beer with conspicuous hopiness and an incredibly enjoyable fruit finish derived from an inspired combination of Cascade, Nugget, Willamette, and a hint of dastardly Magnum hops. All locally grown and harvested, to be enjoyed by all who call this community home.
