BEER: The Beer That Time Forgot BREWERY: Vitamin Sea Brewing BEER STYLE: NEDIPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 7.8% COLOUR (EBC): Mandarin Juice Orange (16.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Hazy fruity and oaty, with good twist from mango and pineapples. HEAD: Tight and creamy. Nice lookin’. GREY’S VIEW Citra, Simcoe & Amarillo hopped NEDIPA. It has lovely first bite. Damn. True to style. Taste offers ripe mango, squeeze of lemon juice, some diced pomelos, sweet pineapple and cantaloupe. Oatbase is firm and fully hazy. Lovely. Mouthfeel has loads of hop oils to make this tad stickier unit and the carbonation stays round and creamy. It feels full. There is some dry elements growing there in the background, but they’re gladly welcomed to level out the sweetness. OTHER NOTES: Really hazy stuff with abundant variety of flavours. It’s not complex, but it has that spark to it. Great job from Vitamin Sea once again! Looks like they have a good roll this year. CANNED 24/4/2021 TASTED 19/6/2021
