When Trappist monks brew beer for themselves, it's an easy drinkable light beer similar to German pilsner, but fermented with a Belgian ale yeast. Monk’s session is brewed with that style. A wonderfully light ale with a complex entanglement of noble Czech saaz hops, and the peppery esters of our brilliant Belgian house yeast.
