This brew is chock-full of Willamette hopped flavor from Moncony Farms in Spencerport. Willamette Hops were named after the mighty river that pours through the Willamette Valley in North Western Oregon, right in the epicenter of the nation’s hop country. Willamette’s are know for their distinctive, delicate, peppery-spiced flavor that also produces both a fruit and floral essence. The simple malt bill is straight-up 2 row barley NYS Pale Malt. Pouring with a dazzling light, golden-straw coloring and endowed with a luminescent snow-white froth cap, the Willamette SMaSH is truly one of a kind.
