Olut on väriltään samea, helakanpunainen ja vaahtoa kertyi muutama sormi kun oluen kaatoi lasiin. Tuoksu on hapan, kirsikkainen Maku on hapan, kirsikkainen, sakkainen. Hieman kuivahko jälkimaku. Sopii kana, kalkkuna, marjojen, hedelmien, makean jälkiruan seuraksi tai apertiivinakin..

Erittäin raikas ja hapokas souri, kirsikka selkeästi mutta ei liian voimakkaasti esillä. Ehdottomasti yksi parhaista soureista!
