Coolheadin kolmas versio heidän Italo Pilsistä, nyt yksi humalista Etelä-Afrikkalainen Southern Star. Hitusen utuinen, kullanvärinen olut, jolla viljainen,hitusen hedelmäinen ja ruohoinen tuoksu. Maku keskiasteisen katkera, suutuntuma kuiva ja hiilihapot keskiasteiset. Katkeroa enemmän kun V2:ssa, sama viljaiseb maltainen kokonaisote edelleen. Pieni parannus siis!
