
This 9% ABV Imperial Stout was released last month. We pulled half of that batch off and aged it in a variety of whiskey barrels that we got from Tuthilltown Distillery in Gardiner. Once the whiskey character develops we'll be adding cherries to the barrels to create a velvety stout with notes of chocolate, wood, and whiskey.
