A beer designed to pair with the Scottish gourmet breakfast food 'crispy roll, square sausage and tattie scone'. Certainly an unusual beer, it's a soured brown ale, it's not a strong sourness, just enough to give it a fruity tangy tart taste that reminds me of HP fruity sauce. It's weird but it works.
