Lots of intense flavours going on here. Very malty and lots of hop character make for an interesting beer, a California IPA apparently. It’s certainly not a WCIPA but it does have that sort of intensity.
There’s lots of dried fruits coming through, some forest fruits and orange peel. Ever so pithy and a drying finish that comes with tea like qualities. Intense biscuit malt throughout.
It actually reminds me of an American barleywine. Nicely done, once you get over the shock of the initial sip, flavours develop nicely
Whaddya drink of that!?

Hoppy with citrus notes. Really quite nice
