In Houston Texas with my daughter and son-in-law having a few good beers on my visit. Looking forward to this unusual triple IPA. Very hazy light yellow color. Soft texture. Flavor starts gentle and builds toward the finish. The flavor starts with an undertone of coconut and the finish brings forth a strong sweet grapefruit. Also a lot of bitterness that is separate but balanced with the sweet grapefruit. Complex beer in that by the third sip the coconut dominates the middle flavor and the bitterness increases with each sip. I am not a big IPA fan but this is a very good complex triple IPA. Enjoying it very much.
