A nice, clean springtime beer. Mossy Minds Juicy Maibock is a beer style that is drank and celebrated every May in Germany. A Maibock, also called a Helles bock or a heller bock, is a light lager that is brewed to bock strength in abv. And to balance out the higher abv, more hops are added. We decided to add juicy additions of Hüell Melon and Mandarina Bavaria (both bred by the Hop Research center in Hüll Germany). The result is a crisp lager with a juicy backbone thats perfect to bring on spring

Has a juicy hops taste that leans towards melon, mandarin orange with hints of strawberry and banana. Has a very light caramel malt background.
Overall a nice little different take on the style being so juicy
A friend of mines son brewed this. Moss Mills allowed him to brew it there as he is a start up. I was lucky to get a can as it was a very limited brew that sold out quickly. I can see why as this is pretty tasty.
