This black stout is malted with the perfect combination of NYS Pale, Caramel, Munich, Black, and Chocolate malts which produce luscious full-bodied mouthfeel. It’s then hopped lightly with the addition of Magnum and Saaz for just the right amount of bettering contrast. The final addition of 18lbs of smoked pumpkin results in a tasty fall brew that is half stout, half pumpkin ale pushing aromas of dried fruit, chocolate, and freshly baked pumpkin pie.
