Produced for Buffalo Beer Week 2014 in collaboration with our friends from Community Beer Works, the Iron Sikh is something a bit different. It is a full flavored porter with a twist. Tamarind fruit was used to to round out the flavor of the beer with its sweet and sour characteristics.
