Our 7.9% DIPA, "Hoppy Timbs" has notes of white grape, lime zest, dankness, tangerines, nectarines... all the "-ines".

Citrusy and piney aroma. Taste has a smooth citrusy flavor with a malty backbone. Notes of oranges and pear follow. The body is medium with a medium-low amount of carbonation. Very nice. Some piney bitterness shows up in the finish. 4/5
