Barrel One started as a Loganville Package Single Barrel store pick. The barrel was chosen for its rounded character and balanced flavors. The bourbon barrel was filled October 6th, 2011 and aged until it was bottled for the store. The barrel was filled with Moon Eyes Imperial Stout on November 20th, 2019. The Stout was aged in the barrel until February 24th, 2021 when it was processed for packaging. Barrel One Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout is silky and smooth qualities of toasted oak, brown sugar, vanilla, and bourbon.
