With my son-in-law in Houston visiting our fifth brewery of the day, Great Heights Brewing Company. Second beer on a flight of six. My first dunkelweizen beer. Very dark reddish brown amber, mostly clear, slightly hazy. Flavor is distinctly dunkel at the first and then has some cloves in the finish. Also finishes dry and somewhat bitter. Very unique for me. I really like this beer.
