Now it's pouring down at our fourth Houston Brewery of the day, Karbach Brewing Company. Just one beer here today. Not much head in this plastic cup. Deep yellow clear color. Clove aroma. Light and crisp texture. Flavor is typical Belgian, cloves and strong banana. If they were trying to produce a replica of a Belgian strong ale then they probably did that. Just hoping for something unique and special. Same as most other Belgium mimics.
