A blend of three west-coast style hops are added throughout the boil, providing a solid bitterness, flavor and aroma. Two varieties used for dry-hopping add to the aroma. A touch of honey malt lends a lingering sweetness to offset the huge hop bill. *This recipe has been treated to reduce the gluten level to <10 ppm.
