Their branding and cheap looking labels don’t do them justice, Brussels Beer Project are smashing the beers! This one is a transatlantic brew with Jackie O’s so it had to be bought, knew it’d be special. The double mash intensifies the rich complexities of those speciality grains. Biscuit, fresh bread and a hint of roast barley. Then the good stuff… honey dominates without being too sweet but the walnut completes this beer. I’m getting raw walnut and it’s so unique it just makes this beer something else. Top job for a birthday beer! 🥳🎂🎉

Dark and dense. Smell is roasted . Attack is sweet and honeysh. Quite alcoholic and powerful. Cocoa, honey, roasted cereals notes.
