Our Uncle Fritz came for a visit from Bavaria and brought a vast amount of German aroma hops with him! We used them to create a twist in our series of hazy pale ales. Hopped and dry-hopped with a huge amount of Mandarina Bavaria and Yellow Sub hops, the Uncle Fritz New England Pale Ale creates an explosion of apricot, orange and mandarin flavors in the palate.
