Here goes my first try with the Iittala - Stella glassware. Got this as a surprise gift from VeliWestside, you should give him a follow, intresting stuff there 🥰 BEER: 10k IPA: Unite BREWERY: Weldwerks Brewing Co. BEER STYLE: NEDIPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 8.2% COLOUR (EBC): Mandarin Orange (18.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): - AROMA: Ripe fruity. Tangerine and grapefruit. Tad dry. HEAD: Two finger tall and tight. GREY’S VIEW Citra, Strata & Idaho Gem NEDIPA. First wave fills the expectations with dry hopping. Dry grapefruit peels, watermelon, overall feel of semi dank citruses and mellow dryeness. Mouthfeel is surprizingly round and soft at first, turning dry in the next wave. It’s intresting. Dry hopping is nicely executed as also the flavours gets their attention in the beer. Aftertaste has soft pitay, some honeydew peels and grass on the end. OTHER NOTES: Not too easy one from Weldwerks, but really beautifully worked piece. This brew could have presented more complex flavourprofile to me. Solid…nice…solid, yeah. CANNED 9/3/2021 TASTED 18/5/2021
