C'est vraiment pas mal cette triple Neipa. C'est intensément houblonné.

Backlog from the weekend.
New beer in Pint Please.
0,5l can from pint. Canned 14.04.21. A month old now.
Hazy yellow beer with orange tint. White foam.
Peculiar scent of hay, wheat, lime and strawberry.
Low to medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is velvety smooth and thick. Pretty much perfect.
Ah, what a joy to drink. Smooth and dank fruit salad. Massive amounts of overripe pineapple, dank lemon, zesty lime and slightly bitter grapefruit. Orange peels, peach and apricot. Sweet, almost like sugar coated strawberry. Notes of hay and wheat on the malty side.
Ends with delicious wheaty lemon and lime bitterness with a touch of raw strawberry.
Wowzaa! Strata magic! I'm not sure if I've had a beer with Strata before, but it definitely is something else! Loads of sweet and dank fruits. And the strawberry?! Seriously tasty!
Excellent TNEIPA.
