First enjoyed this beer at my son-in-law's last June 2022. This beer is from that same four pack so it is a year and 3 months older. We are going to Duo and see if it has changed in this time. Pours with very little head and what is there disappears. Strong aroma, raspberry and chocolate. Color is a dark opaque brown. Texture reveals a very heavy extremely creamy and soft quality. Not syrupy, just really heavy with no effervescence to lighten the mixture. Immediately get a tart raspberry combined with a raw dark chocolate. Chocolate flavor is brief and evolves into a more cola flavor. Finish has raspberry cola, no chocolate, and turns a salty dry. My first review mentioned that the 11% alcohol was very well hidden. Having aged over a year I would have thought at least some alcohol would appear. Did not happen. At no point could I tell that this wasn't a non-alcohol brew. The raspberry was excellent but the chocolate needed to preserve its taste integrity which I feel it did not. It was still a very good beer.

With my son-in-law and daughter in Houston Texas. Trying out another beer. No head and opaque brown color. Weak raspberry aroma. Heavy texture, thick. Now the taste is intense raspberry, heavy in the mouth. Dark chocolate joins midway and starts to dominate the finish. The 11% alcohol is hidden completely. No other flavors, just raspberry and chocolate. Simple.
