Big pour with lots of carbonation. Big foamy off white head that settled into a half finger, on a body of hazy pink. Scent is sweet strawberry with tart raspberry and redcurrant finish. There is a slight sourness but not alot. Mouthfeel is crisp, refreshing with lots of sweet carbonation gushing over the mouth. Taste is sour at first but it settles rather quickly, and while this beer is bursting with all the advertised flavours of raspberry, redcurrant, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry, the sour profile is lacking.
