Our Blackcurrant Sorbet has a distinctive, unique taste that is sour, slightly bitter, sweet in ripe fruit and pleasantly aromatic. Blackcurrant wonderfully complements our light wheat Sour Ale. The fruit give the beer a purple color, which is very unusual for beer and shows that we used a lot of fruit.
