The sunny weather continues so I'll take another sour. This one has a lucious and silky smooth pour. Left an orange body with a slight yellow hue and a juicy, thick haze. There was some white foam during the pour that settled to one finger of head but it didn't last particularly long. Aromas of mango as advertised, but with a noticeable amount of lemon and an unexpected wallop of passionfruit. Body is medium bodied, leaning to heavy, with a juiciness that is slick and heavy. There was carbonation at the start that gave a little bite but I don't think it was mean to hang around. The taste is sharp citrus upfront, this paves the way for the sour kick. The juicy, funky mango follows and the sweetness softens the sour before the passionfruit kicks in and brings a reprise of the sourness. I feel it could benefit from more of a sour kick but otherwise this is a great, juicy beer.

🇨🇿🇨🇿 le goût de mangue se fait assez léger, tout comme l'acidité. L'ensemble est fruité et peu sucré.

Couleur orange opaque avec un parfum de mangue. En bouche l'acidité est bien présente mais cette bière reste bonne.
