Pour un brut, je le trouve plutôt doux et très fruité…de bonne qualité néanmoins …On ressent bien la pomme mais on veut du brut 😊

750ml green glass, cork and cage; pours a slightly hazy light to medium straw, gentle carbonation; on the nose melon and apples, followed by hints of citrus; in the mouth gentle and soft, green apple skins and beautifully juicy melon, herbal aftertaste; overall rather beautiful soft cidre which can mostly be summed up as tasting green and fresh - beautiful floral and citrusy soft on the nose, light and gentle fresh apples and melon in the mouth, whilst leaving a nice zippy citrus aftertaste that lingers! 750ml green glass, cork and cage; pours a slightly hazy pale to straw, gentle carbonation; on the nose lemony citrus and green apples balanced rather well with cooked applesauce, unmistakably French, hints of herbal notes, orchard floor and overripe fruit; in the mouth gentle and sweet, but refreshing and certainly not cloying, cooked apples and stewed applesauce, soft carbonation carries aromas of melon and citrus alongside fruity and juicy red apples, floral honey notes; overall a really nice cidre to be enjoyed in the sunshine!
