Our spring-time quarterly core murky IPA is a hop-driven tour de force. We blended a trio of New Zealand-grown hops—Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Southern Cross—to impart notes of strawberry, candied pineapple, and delicate rambutan. Paired with a hefty addition of Washington-grown Mosaic hops that deliver notes of white peach and sweet citrus, Super Beta—and spring—couldn’t arrive soon enough.

Tämähän yllätti melkoisesti, ei ollut entuudestaam tuttu millään tavoin.
Super pehmeää, hedelmäistä, puhdasta ja raikasta.
Makuja on vaikka muille jakaa, ihania hedelmiä. Todella nätti, keltainen olut, muhkea vaahto.
On kerrassaan hyvää. Näitä olisi helppo kiskoa useampiakin!

Samean keltainen olut, noin kolmen sormen paksuisella tiheän kermaisella valkealla vaahdolla.
Tuoksu on hyvin trooppisen hedelmäinen, mangoinen, ananaksinen, appelsiininen, hieman kukkainen, aprikoosinen, karamellinen ja aavistuksen humalainen.
Runko on suurinpiirtein keskitäyteläinen, pehmeän hiilihappoinen, hyvin tasapainoisen katkeroinen ja vaikka alku on hieman kuiva, niin kokonaisuus on kuitenkin makean puoleinen.
Maussa on runsaasti raikkaita hedelmiä, sitruunaa, appelsiinilla, mangoa, hieman humalaa, cantaloupemelonia ja aavistus viinirypäleitä.
Mukavan raikas ja tasapainoisen hedelmäinen olut. Tuoksun perusteella tämän olisi voinut luulla olevan makeampi, muttei se kyllä haitannut ollenkaan, vaikkei näin ollutkaan. Vaikea sanoa mitään pahaa, muttei tämä herättänyt hirveästi suuria tunteitakaan. Menisi loistavasti hellejuomana, tai saunan jälkeen.

AROMA: Dank! Yeehaaw! Pure gooseberry with earthiness and rustic countryside.
HEAD: Actually quite amazing. Three finger tall, creamy and tight, lasts damn nicely and leaves off with webby lacing. Beautiful.

Mmmmph…and I find myself from the French vineyard, lying there under the sun and freedom.
Taste gives dry white grapes, juicy peach and pineapple with lower amount of danky goings and slight bitterish vibe. Carbonation is fully creamy and yet easy going, soft and round. It’s cloudy kind of cotton candy, without the artificial flavours. Body is medium- and if there is dry hops in this one, they’re surely in lesser role. Aftertaste is soft and still cloudy, with some sugarcanes, florals, earthy herbs and tiny amount of hop oils.

My first try with this 2015 established, San Diego, CA, USA based brewery.
Enjoyable beer! Fresh and so pure in all corners. Flavours are enough plenty and agile, damn clear and well formed. Really lovely to have this.
