Bière blonde, petite mousse et houblons présents.
Au nez, on sent des notes céréalières, de levain, d’agrumes, florales et épicées.
En bouche, la bière est légère, légèrement à moyenne gazeuse et désaltérante. L’amertume, l’acidité et l’alcool sont légers. Les notes céréalières sont bien présentes. Le coriandre et notes florales se ressentent bien. Le bon goût curaçao tient bien en bouche sur la fin.
Au final, une très bonne bière.
