8.3% Imperial IPA / Double IPA

An ode to our Leeds roots, this DIPA was originally brewed in collaboration with our old friends at Northern Monk using a combination of citra, sabro ans el dorado hops. Hazy, fluffy and silky smooth with mushy, overripe flavours of mango, rum punch and berry pavlova.

Comme une DIPA anglaise. Direct à l'ouverture, ça sent bon et c'est joli dans le verre à vin : belle mousse avec robe jus de fruits jaunes. En bouche, c'est onctueux, sirupeux, limite gras. La foire aux houblons ! Bien corsé, voilà un agréable breuvage qui rend heureux.
