Tad off putting to sleep the banana puree floating in the beer. However is lovely. 🍌

When pouring this beer into the glass, it started with such a muddy brown color I thought this might be terrible. This has to be the ugliest beer I've ever seen in a glass. Strong aroma of bananas. Texture is very thick and creamy. Abundance of flavor begins with bananas, raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar, and throw in some alcohol burn just for fun. Not sure about bananas foster, but this is like banana bread in a glass. Finish is like having a hit of banana liqueur. I swear if you walked up and saw this beer in a glass there is no way you would want to drink it. But it's actually very tasty. You'll never consume a six pack of this at one time, but if you want to sit back and have dessert in a glass, this might be for you. Works for me.
