This Belgian Dubbel (abbey) is made as a traditional monk-inspired ale. Our variety uses Costa Rican coconut sugar. The resulting beer is surprisingly sweet while letting the huskiness of the sugar and esters of the Belgian yeast strain rise to the surface. The warmth of the high alcohol makes this a great cold weather sipper.
