Deep copper in color, a rich sturdy malt bill give this ale a balanced flavor with a little sweetness. With the addition of 3 American aroma hops at the end of the boil provide a modest piney-citrus hoppiness. As one of Lock 32’s biggest supporters, Dr. Mark Gibson (Doc Gib’s) generously donated his time and talents to design and build the beautiful African Mahogany bar that is the focal point of our tasting room in Schoen Place. To thank him for this one of a kind custom bar, his favorite Lock 32 brew was named in his honor.
