Chocolate, rye and whiskey in the aroma. Taste has chocolate first, followed by rye spiciness, whiskey, coffee and smoky bacon flavor. The chocolate is a nice addition and doesn't steal the show, which is nice. I prefer the regular, but this is nice. 4.25/5 Side note: With rare exceptions, I've been doing my reviews on Untappd and then posting them here, due to the character limit on Untappd. Expanding further on this beer: The chocolate is sweet and milky and adds a nice flavor without overwhelming the base beer. The rye spiciness, whiskey and smoky bacon are the same as in the base. The coffee is a bit subdued, compared to the base beer, but it's still there.
