In Texas, at my son-in-law's trying out a new stout from Humble Texas.
Short disappearing head. Very dark color but not totally opaque. Maple aroma. Pleasing smooth texture. Flavor is alcohol and maple. Strong, seams like more than 8.5%. Finish gives a soft, mild bacon that makes this breakfast complete.
Had apprehensions about a bacon beer but this is really good. Try it!
