5.5% Pale Ale - English
5-6% abv. Malted barley. Dry and light-bodied to better showcase the individuality of the hops in both aroma and flavour. A basic recipe is followed, with each batch utilising different hop varieties from around the world based on seasonality, availability, and the whims of the brewer.

Rusehtavan oranssista ja sameaa. Runsahko ja isohkokuplainen vaahto. Tuoksu runsaan, kypsän ja makean trooppisen hedelmäinen ja pihkaisen greippinen. Maku makeahkon trooppisen hedelmäinen, kitkerän ja kirpakan greippinen, saippuamainen, selkeän pihkainen ja havuinen, pehmeähkön vaalean maltainen sekä topakan humalaisen katkera. Osin hyvät, mutta hieman oudot ja tasapainottomat maut. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläinen ja hiilihappoinen. Oudon saippuamainen ja voimakkaan sitruksinen olut. Nyt ei kyllä osunut ainakaan omaan suuhun.
