Zunächst etwas künstlich bzw. etwas „dünn“, aber dennoch leicht fruchtig und durchaus süffig. Also echt eine Alternative zum sonstigen Einerlei ohne Alkohol 😁

Une bière sans alcool que j'adore

Semiclear, pale amber beer with extroverted carbonation builds a white moussy head that fattens more than two fingers thick. The foamy blanket shrinks soon to a moldy lacing and a lace ring that clings tightly onto the glass. The fragrance is filled with soft wheat malt, biscuit, coriander seed, orange peel, apricot and a whisper of sweet kumquat skin. Smells soft indeed, somewhat herbal and spiced, too. The taste is not as sweet as the fragrance suggests but surely inviting: soft wheat malt, a tad biscuit, coriander seed, orange peel and a bit of apricot flavored green tea. The body is light. The finish is citrusy, slightly pithy but zesty. The level of sweetness reduces even more. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, herbal, spiced, soft and smooth. Surprisingly easy and quaffable. Good stuff!
