
Bring on the Funk is a collaborative expression of 5 different central New York breweries: Wagner Valley Brewing Co, Galaxy Brewing, Rooster Fish Brewing, The North Brewery, and Water Street Brewing. We poured our creative efforts into this Rye Saison and then poured it into wine barrels from Wagner Vineyards that once held deliciously bold red wine. The beer spent months finishing in these barrels with Belgian Brettanomyces. The result is a snappy dry Saison with bubblegum aromatics and a citrusy, tart finish.
