You'll experience how Nelson's catty notes of pear, honeysuckle, and lychee, align with Mosaic's dank bits of dark fruit, berries, and pine. Full-frequency, 4-D flavor in a 3-D world. Now, kick off your kicks, kick back, crack one open, tune out, turn on, and enjoy this StereoHopic Sound: Version 1.

Had this one in reserve. Hope I didn't hold on to it too long. Almost forgot to take the photo while talking beer with my son-in-law.
This brew comes in volumes. This is volume 1. Modest head, frothy. Hazy orangish yellow color. Aroma has a sour pungent orange peel quality. Texture is soft yet turns dry. Flavor is a bit of a sour blood orange. Not strong, probably medium strength. Bitterness level is also low for IPAs. Finish steps up the bitterness a little, turns more dry, adds a little lemon to the recipe.
Not a great IPA, for me, but with the low bitterness level and soft texture I find this very drinkable. Good kickback beer, don't overanalyze, just enjoy a few good brews.

Side by side review of Stereohopic Vol. 1 & 2
Vol. 1: Citrusy aroma with notes of pear and oranges primarily. Taste has pear, citrusy hops, and faint notes of oranges.
Vol. 2: This one has more of a tropical aroma. Taste has pineapple and oranges along with tropical hops.
Both have a similar medium+ body with a medium-ish amount of carbonation. To be honest, I feel the same way about both, for different reasons. Both are 3.75/5

Light citrus aroma. Taste has citrus and slightly piney hops with a decent malt backbone. Medium body with medium carbonation. Solid IPA. Nothing special, but it gets the job done and is quite refreshing. 3.75/5

Delicious, has a nice fruity hit to start and finishes rather malty, this says it's Vol.1 so hopefully there are more to come
