O versiune unică de American-style IPA. Fructat, cu un caracter învăluitor și vertical. Culoare intensă, de alamă și aromă de citrice coapte cu malț caramelizat. Palatul este de portocale amărui și marmeladă de piersici, având un finish complex cu textură de hamei, sec, efervescent. Se asociază perfect cu preparate picante, grătar, friptură, lasagna, pizza, plăcinte cu carne.

Robe marronée et trouble. Nez se rapprochant plus d'une quadruple que d'une IPA. Au goût, on est sur une IPA c'est vrai mais masquée voir englobée d'une rondeur style quadruple, elle est grasse et passe très bien pour l'apéro.

Pas mauvaise mais elle ne ressemble en rien à une IPA. On dirait une Dunkel avec son côté sucré et sa petite torréfaction. Bizarre… 🍺🤔❓🇩🇪
