Enjoyed this more the second time around. More coffee nuances coming through and more of a roasted malt profile. Certainly getting more of the fruitier notes too, pineapple definitely. It’s still quite bitter so the flavours are subtle and in the background

Probably the highest I would rate a Porter. I still don’t love it, but it’s ok. I bought it by accident because it was reduced

It's like 2 different beers have been poured into the glass. Like a cross between a porter and a pale ale. Doesn't work for me.

Not a really punchy Porter this one as the flavour fades away. That sounds bad but I quite enjoy the break from my taste buds getting a smack!

Light fruity citrus adds an interesting dimension to this porter, dominated by malty chocolate flavours. It’s another easy drinking Sunday night beer. Can’t fault it.
