HEAD: Three finger tall. GREY’S VIEW Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy Dry Hopped DIPA. Taste offers raw pineapple peel and grapefruits with lemon candies and delicate amount of white wine and juiciness from white grapes. It likes to warm quite a bit. Hop burn is there, but not sure how to rate it, since this grows nicely during time and warmth. Mouthfeel is juicy, medium bodied and with tangy bubbles. OTHER NOTES: Without that dry hopping this would’ve been even better. The flavours are there, juicy being and all. It develops really well too. CANNED 16/9/2021 TASTED 18/10/2021
