DDH Hazy TIPA w/ Idaho 7, Citra & Mosaic
I’ve heard a lot of different drinking stories in my day, but none of em squash the one of Patty drinking half a case of our Hazy Triple IPA in a single night!!! So when it comes to drinking Hazy Triple, she’s the GOAT. Plain and simple. So this one’s for her. For Patty, we had to keep the abv high, the body just right, and make the hops the highlight. We hit this one with a fair amount of Idaho 7 early on in fermentation, to allow it to open up, and strip away its dankness, to reveal all of its super dope fruitiness. The second dry hop was hit after fermentation with Citra & Mosaic. The result is super pale in color, and smells/taste like: peach rings, fresh kiwi, Cactus Cooler and sweet rose.

GREY’S VIEW
Idaho 7, Mosaic & Citra DDH NETIPA.
Smooth and ripe tangerine, good amount of mashed orange with peach and some pines. It’s a danky boi! Mouthfeel being lip gluing resiny and dank, slowly runny and filling. Carbonation is soft, pretty calm and sweet. Aftertaste has some more of Mosaic in it: spicy spruce, resinous feel and also that tiny squeeze of lemon. The level of double dry hopping is quite nice: you can feel it, but in no way it takes room from the flavours. Good job.
OTHER NOTES:
Dank and sticky NETIPA. Kaboom!
