Alpine Lager
5.5% Zwickel / Keller / Landbier
Hazy and golden. This unfiltered lager is a breath of fresh air. The crisp maltiness and lively citrus notes transport you to brisk sunny days out in the mountains. 18 IBU.

Subtle citrus aroma. Taste has a slightly bitter citrusy flavor along with semisweet malts. Grapefruit notes stand out the most. Decently refreshing. The body is medium with a medium-low amount of carbonation. This would be good for a hot day. 3.5/5

This is a hazy lager and unfiltered (nice to read the bottle after buying). Has a bread malty side that kind of leans towards sourdough. Has a light herbal/floral hops side with some citrus that leans towards lemon zest. Has a bit of a buttery taste to it that just lingers on the tongue. Overall not your normal lager for sure. It’s intriguing and different. It’s decent. Not one to turn down. I wouldn’t run out to buy it either tho. Best game for hockey night in America now going on. That’s my Flyers. I might be prejudice tho. First game with fans for over a year (3100 in attendance). It’s nice to hear them chanting “Ref you suck” after the horrible goaltender interference call they just made. Let’s go Flyers!!! 🏒🎉🏒
