Awesome weather! ☀️❄️ 😎 The beer pours cloudy, deep yellow. Regular carbonation creates a minuscule-bubbled head that reaches one finger. Retention is medium-lived. Soon a gossamer lace ring wafts on the top. Passionfruit steps out of the crowd first. The second and third olfactory components are orange pulp and lemonade. Further down the line, I can enjoy a bit of an ice-creamy nuance that is probably a combined effect of the fruits and lactose. The flavor palette gives, first and foremost, passionfruit. It's zesty and medium-sour. Only. I guess it's the lactose again that is doing its tricks to round the corners. Surprisingly enough, I fail to capture any other fruit in the palate. Wheat malt I'm surely getting, as well, albeit it's not particularly hefty. The body is light. The finish travels unchanged from upfront to the end. And lasts nicely. The mouthfeel is light, medium-tart, slightly puckering and a bit flat. It's absolutely juicy, even tropical and refreshing. Simple.

Mukavan kellarinen makutuntuma, mutta muuten hiukan litkumaista

No on happamuutta reilusti, mutta vähän liru koostumus. Hedelmäinen maku, ehkäpä sitä passion hedelmää havaittavissa. Hieman jonkinlaista suutuntumaa olisi kaivannut lisää. Vähän outo tapaus, olematta kuitenkaan ihan surkea.

Ai että kun on raikas sour. Tuoksussa raparperia ja mustaherukkaa? Väri hyvin vaalea ja hento. Mausta tulee myös tuo sama raparperi. Hivenen enemmän luonnetta saisi olla, maku jää vähän ohueksi mutta kuumana kesäpäivänä vallan mainio juoma.
