GREY’S VIEW
Sour DIPA w/ Blackberry, Pomegranate and Passionfruit. Hopped with Motueka & Nelson Sauvin.
Indeed, yeah. The first sip brings blackberry jam, passionfruit juice and some old forest bed. It has that filling sensation, but there’s also some murky shadow over everything. Hops seems to be curiosity on this one. Mouthfeel is filling with medium+ body around it and good amount of berry jam and tartness in there. Aftertaste is somewhat forestry. Wannabe hoppy and still full of blackberries.
OTHER NOTES:
Well made Sour DIPA. All the used elements are there and it has that nice rustic feel to it.
Although far from the best ones, I just adore this style. One of my favourites.
