Scottish poet Robert Burns wrote the poem which became the song that we sing at New Year’s. The saying means literally “old long since”, or colloquially, “long times ago”. Our Auld Ale is perfect for toasting those times long gone, with flavors reminiscent of port: raisin or prune-like with vinous characteristics, somewhat boozy and extremely low hoppiness.
